The health scheme of the Rajasthan Government restructured and renamed as Rajasthan Government Health Scheme (RGHS). It seeks to make the State medical facilities available to all people equally, and through a single window.

Process of OPD Consultation / Investigation and IPD Admission in RGHS
For OPD Consultation / Investigation in RGHS –

You have to visit the RGHS counter of Lifeline Hospital for OPD consultation / investigation under RGHS scheme.

You have to show your RGHS card or ID card at the RGHS counter.

You can get a consultation/investigation slip by showing your RGHS card at the RGHS counter.
For IPD Admission in RGHS –
If you have normal IPD admission then you have to visit the RGHS counter of Lifeline and you will need to show your

ID proof (Prefer Aadhar Card)

Doctor note / relevant investigation slip.
For Emergency IPD admission in RGHS –
All you need to do is bring your RGHS card with you for admission in Emergency ward. Rest of the documents can be submitted after the admission in between a time interval.
